Terms of Service

Any use or complicity in the misuse of the services by others in violation of these Terms of Service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of service. The following actions are strictly prohibited on our hosting:

Servers containing pornographic content of any kind, racist, classist, discriminatory, or any phobic content that affects a community, game, or group of people. .onion servers are also prohibited.

1. DDoS attacks, IP/port scanning, scams, or other actions that harm our infrastructure or image are not allowed. Consequences include IP bans, service removal without notice, and a negative reputation with allies.

2. The use of our servers, VPS, and any other services for Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited. This includes cloud mining, CPU/GPU mining, or any other methods.

3. Placing malicious code on your service is strictly prohibited. This includes any code or software designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

A reasonable opportunity is provided to access, update, and delete personally identifiable information. In some cases, such data may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes. Verification of identity may be required before any requested updates can be processed.

No liability is assumed for any data loss that may occur. Dedicated space is provided for backups, and it is the user’s responsibility to maintain current backups.

Avoid using leaked or unverified files that may contain malware or unauthorized modifications. Use files only from trusted sources to prevent security breaches and data loss.

With explicit authorization, files may be modified to correct errors or provide requested assistance. No responsibility is assumed for pirated plugins or files that steal information or contain pirated functions.

The resale of services to third parties is strictly prohibited. Any violation results in immediate service termination without refund.

If a service is not renewed within 7 days after the expiration date, it will be terminated without prior notice, resulting in irreversible data loss. Once deleted, no data can be recovered.

Prices may be modified at any time and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of services after a price change indicates acceptance of the new prices. If changes are not agreeable, cancellation must occur before they take effect.

a. The user is responsible for ensuring payment information is current.
b. DynamicNodes may change product prices without warning; direct debits may be automatically approved for the new cost.

Users must ensure uploaded or distributed content does not infringe third parties’ intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material is prohibited. Upon valid notice of infringement, infringing content may be removed, and repeat violators risk suspension or termination. If copyrighted material is believed to have been used unlawfully, provide detailed information for prompt action.

Providing false data may lead to account deletion, service changes, or additional penalties. Identity impersonation is subject to permanent banning and possible legal action. Accurate information is required at all times to maintain integrity and security.

Compliance with the regulations of hosting countries and resource providers is mandatory. This includes adhering to laws in the United States, Guatemala, Mexico, and Colombia. Any use violating these regulations may result in suspension or termination without prior notice. Users agree to indemnify DynamicNodes against legal claims arising from non-compliance with applicable laws.

Refunds are discretionary and granted only if a technical problem cannot be resolved after a written request for assistance. No refunds are guaranteed under any circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within twenty-four hours of purchase through the Discord ticket system or the store.

Filing a claim or dispute with a bank or PayPal without sufficient evidence results in immediate suspension of services. The suspension remains until the claim is resolved. If the claim is resolved against the service provider, permanent service removal may occur.

These services are governed by the laws of the United States, Canada, Guatemala, Colombia, and Mexico. Users agree to comply with all applicable regulations and assume responsibility for lawful use.

Support is provided only through the main page, billing system, and official Discord server. Staff members do not handle private requests unless specifically authorized. For technical issues, please send an email to [email protected] or open a ticket on the Discord server.
